Cliqly

Privacy policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

This explains what Cliqly stores, why, who helps us run it, and how to get your data or delete it. If you have a question, email hello@cliqly.app.

What we store

About you: your email address, your name if your sign-in provider shares it, and your settings (time zone, currency, the name clients see).

What you enter: clients (names, contact names, email addresses, notes), projects and hour banks, time entries and their descriptions, client hub settings, and the client updates Cliqly drafts or sends.

Technical records: when a client hub link was last opened, and whether each email was delivered, bounced or marked as spam.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookies Cliqly sets keep you signed in.

Your clients' information

For the client details you enter, you decide what's collected and why; we process it on your behalf to run the service. A client hub link shows only the parts you switch on. Clients can stop update emails with the link at the bottom of each one, and can ask you, or us, to remove their details.

Who helps us run Cliqly

Supabase hosts the database and handles sign-in. Vercel hosts the website. Resend sends emails. If you sign in with Google, Google confirms who you are. Each of them processes data only to provide their service to us. Data may be stored or processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account in Settings, your data is deleted straight away; copies in our providers' backups expire within 30 days.

Your rights

You can download your time entries at any time (Settings → Download CSV), correct anything in the app, and delete your account. For anything else, such as a full copy of your data or a question about how it's used, email hello@cliqly.app. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
